INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 zucchini (5 oz, 150 g) cut lengthwise 
  • 1 teaspoon sugarfree peanut butter syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese 
  • 3 oz (90 g) grated gruyere cheese (or your favorite low carb cheese)
  • 4 (2 oz, 60 g) slices bacon
