Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
1 Leaving about 1/2 inch on each side, scrape the meat out of the zucchini and place in a skillet
2 Add cream cheese and peanut butter syrup to skillet and warm over medium heat until cheese and peanut butter have melted
3 Fill scraped out zucchini with mixture, cover with cheese and wrap with bacon
4 Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
