1 Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with coconut oil
2 Fry shrimps 2-3 minutes on each side
3 Add garlic and chili/pepper and fry another minute
4 Spread arugula on a small plate and cover with shrimps
5 Add a spoonful of rouille*
