1 Heat a small skillet with oil and butter.
2 Whisk the egg in a cup and pour onto a plate. Spread breading on a small plate
3 Coat the cheese with egg and roll it in the breading completely covering the cheese. Set aside
4 Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in coconut oil until almost crispy. Springle with erythritol or fiber syrup and cook until dark brown. Let cool in the pan
5 Melt butter and wasabi in a small saucepan
6 Add raspberry preserve and lemon juice and heat through
7 Making sure the oil/butter mixture is 360℉ (180℃) carefully place the cheese in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cheese is soft and begins to run.
Place cheese on plate, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
Tip 1: Use a deep fryer instead of a skillet to fry cheese.
