Heat oven to 340℉ (170℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
1 Place dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well.
2 Add egg and water and mix until mixture is wet and sticky.
3 Let sit for 10 minutes.
4 Dip the measuring spoon in the cold water, fill it with mixture and drop it on the baking sheet. Repeat (makes appr 30 crackers).
5 With wet fingers, flatten the spoonfuls of mixture to about 2-2,5 inches in diameter.
6 Bake for 20-30 minutes. Time depends on your oven and whether you are using a convection or a regular oven. Start by baking for 20 minutes, check for doneness by pressing in the middle of the cracker. It should be completely hard. If there is any softness, bake for another 2-3 minutes and repeat until crackers are hard.
7 Let cool and enjoy as they are or with your favorite cheese!
