1 Spiralize the cucumber using your Scandinavian lifestyle diet spiralizer with the desired insert.
2 Cut into smaller pieces, place in a strainer over a plastic bowl, and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for about 30 minutes and squeeze as much liquid as you can out of the cucumbers.
3 In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice.
4 Add the cucumbers to the yogurt mix and blend thoroughly using your newly washed hands.
5 Adjust the yogurt amount to get the thickness to your liking.
